2K10 Summer Housing/ Next Year
Hey all.Just wanted to let you know that I will be doing the 1st summer sesh and then I am out of UCSD for goods.....sad but I do want to let you know that if you dont have any summer housing plans, I got a prime option for you. I would like to get someone to start subletting from me starting this summer. Our lease is up in the beginning of September. To make thing easiest, you can also renew our lease with Bobby and Mac (but its up to them). As you all know Regents is a prime location for Fijis to have a house so I don't want to have a non Fiji live with Mac and Bobby but I will do whatever I need to do so that I am not at a financial loss. I am very accommodating and can move out as soon as school ends. the rent is very cheap for a single bed room and the location is the best you can get for off campus. Walking to the shuttles with PC drop off is a plus and our neighbors seem to be chill with guests. You don't have to worry about supplying a washer and dryer(since we got it) and there is no need to pay for a parking pass. The whole 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house is cheaper than many of the other comparable 3br 1.5bathroom houses that are further away. Plus you get to live with Mac and Bobby. Chill as fuck.
